I am a psychologist, in private practice, and also a bariatric patient.
I have a few online courses/programs aimed at using practical psychological tools and skills to conquer the mental and emotional elements of long-term bariatric success and maintenance. The most prominent one is "BARIATRIC MIND MASTERS". This employs many principles of "Dialectical behaviour therapy" ("DBT") to deal with compulsions and urges in the long term.
I write articles about my experience over the past 6 years.
